Finascor is a boutique corporate finance and advisory firm. It originally focussed on mid-market private and public companies and generally on transaction values of between $30 million and $500 million, but recently extended its capability to include small to medium sized enterprises (SMEs). This market has typically been considered by corporate advisors to be ‘too hard’. Finascor has found the solution! It now utilizes a proven platform, established process and an extensive database of prospective investors to raise capital and undertake other capital related activities for a wide range of businesses.
We are proactive in identifying opportunities, proposing innovative ideas and delivering solutions to enable our clients maximize value for their shareholders. We manage the process, navigate around obstacles and address any complex legal, taxation and accounting issues along the way.
Doing so requires a well rounded and current knowledge of the myriad of laws, rules and practice and guidance notes relating to each area. It also requires not only knowledge of who’s who and who offers what in the debt and equity markets, but also how to achieve the optimal capital structure, one that will give our client a sustainable competitive advantage. We have this expertise and would welcome the opportunity to use it to add value to more businesses.
